Embrace your full potential!

Healing is not about erasing the past, but about rewriting our stories with strength, resilience, and self-love. It’s a journey of embracing our scars and transforming them into sources of empowerment.

About Me

I am Eliana Phillips, the founder of WhollyHer Wellness Collective, a sanctuary for holistic healing and empowerment dedicated to women. My journey to creating WhollyHer has been shaped by diverse experiences and a deep-rooted passion for guiding others towards empowered, thriving lives.

My professional path has been a tapestry of varied roles and industries, each playing a pivotal role in shaping my approach to wellness. From early ventures in security and real estate to a deep dive into holistic medicine, each experience laid the foundation for what was to come. A decade ago, my trajectory shifted towards a deeply meaningful mission: supporting survivors of childhood sexual exploitation and child sex trafficking.

For the past six years, I have dedicated myself to this cause, serving on nonprofit boards and eventually stepping into the role of Chief Program Director for an organization specializing in this critical area. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in developing and implementing policies, programs, and curriculum aimed at guiding survivors on their healing journey.

I found a need in my community for holistic healing that went beyond the scope of my work in the nonprofit sector. People began seeking me out who didn’t fit the mold of human trafficking survivors I was working with, and I started seeing these clients on the side. This eventually led to the transition to a full-time private practice, where I continue to make a difference in the lives of women seeking healing and empowerment.

My work is deeply rooted in traumatology, herbal medicine, biofeedback, and neurofeedback, offering a unique blend of expertise that informs my coaching practice. I believe in assisting individuals in trauma recovery, helping them understand and cope with the lasting effects on their bodies and brains.

Assisting individuals with trauma recovery is at the core of my practice. Trauma can result in mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and physical symptoms such as chronic pain or fatigue. Helping individuals understand and cope with trauma effects is a powerful healing tool. Trauma is a natural part of life and it is something that everyone will experience at some point in their lives. However, what truly matters is not the fact that we have experienced trauma, but how we acknowledge and deal with it in our present lives. It is important to recognize how past trauma may still be impacting our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, and to actively work towards healing and moving forward. Ignoring or suppressing trauma will only lead to further difficulties and hinder personal growth. By acknowledging and addressing our past traumas, we can break free from their hold on us and create a brighter future for ourselves. I believe as humans, we have been gifted with the incredible ability to heal ourselves using the resources available to us on this planet. However, over time, we have been conditioned to believe that certain healing methods are wrong or bad. This has led to a disconnect from our primal instincts and our innate ability to heal. We have been taught to suppress our pain and discomfort, rather than acknowledging and releasing it. But the truth is, our bodies are designed to heal themselves. We just need to tap into our primal instincts and allow ourselves to feel and release our pain once and for all. By doing so, we can achieve true healing and live a more balanced and fulfilling life. Traumatology allows us embrace our innate ability to heal and trust in the power of our own bodies while working outside the box of therapeutic interventions of conventional medicine.

In my coaching practice, I adopt a present and future-focused approach, prioritizing the understanding of how past experiences shape current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I am not so much interested in what happened to you – although I want to hear and I’ll listen if you tell me – but rather, I care deeply about how those experiences made you feel, what they made you think, what beliefs you developed because of them, and how they affect your life, family, and relationships right now in the present. Together, we work through these experiences to help you become whole, healed, and walking in your highest purpose.

I find immense joy in witnessing the transformation of the women I work with, as they shed the fears and limitations imposed by trauma and societal norms, and blossom into their true selves.

My faith is not just a part of my life; it is the cornerstone that anchors me in truth and integrity. It guides every choice I make, every word I speak, and every idea I inspire in others. My faith is a deeply personal aspect of who I am, serving as a guiding light that illuminates my path and shapes my interactions with the world around me.

While my faith is central to my identity, I do not impose my beliefs on others. Instead, I see it as a personal journey that each individual must undertake in their own way and time. In my coaching practice, I encourage all of my clients to explore their own spiritual beliefs and find the same sense of spiritual soundness that grounds me. I create a safe space for them to ask questions, seek answers, and discover their own truths, free from fear or judgment.

I believe that true spiritual growth comes from a place of authenticity and personal discovery. As such, I never force my faith or talk about my beliefs unless a client specifically requests it or asks questions about how I view things spiritually. My goal is to support each individual on their unique journey, empowering them to find their own spiritual path and live a life aligned with their deepest values and beliefs.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the success stories of women like my colleague and friend, Shaquez. Her journey from trauma to triumph is a testament to the resilience and strength within each of us, and she continues to inspire me daily.

I believe in the power of choice and the urgency of healing. Heal, choose to heal. Do it now, don’t wait. Choose to stop the madness, the chaos, the confusion; choose to step out of the cycle; choose who you were created to be and fight for her until you find her again. Do it for your kids, your friends, your family, your spouse. Do it for whoever you need to do it for if you can’t do it for yourself. Sometimes loving yourself doesn’t matter so we have to do it for someone else until we love ourselves enough.

I invite you to join me and the WhollyHer team on a transformative journey towards holistic well-being and empowerment. Together, we can embrace our full potential and step into the lives we were created to live.
